July 5, 1978 - September 16, 2016 Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family and friends at Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, September 16, 2016, Dana R. Cox of Salmon Cove, age 38 years. Predeceased by grandparents: George and Anna Blackwood; Doris and Harold Crewe; mother-in-law: Bella Cox; brother-in-law: Tony Cox. Leaving to mourn, husband: Todd; two daughters: Bella and Claire; one son: Spencer; parents: Wayne and Hertha Blackwood, Salmon Cove; one brother: Marc (Lynn), Happy Valley-Goose Bay; one sister: Sara (Dwight) Holloway, Glovertown; nephew: Charlie; nieces: Lauren, Georgia, and Sadie; father-in-law: Garfield Cox (Lillian), Grand Bank; sisters-in-law: Marylynn Kelly, Marystown and Stephanie Hynes (Joe), St. John’s; also a large number of aunts, uncles, cousins, and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Saturday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m.; Sunday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Monday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, September 19 at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church and Cemetery, Salmon Cove.
