Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, October 24, 2016, Samuel Budden of Salmon Cove, formerly of Perry’s Cove, age 83 years. Predeceased by parents: Sarah Jane and Stephen; five brothers and three sisters. Leaving to mourn, brother: Wallace (Audrey, deceased) Budden, Salmon Cove; sister: Pearl (Bruce) Mouland, St. John’s; also a number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Wednesday, 7:30 to 9:00 p.m. and Thursday, 9:30 to 10:15 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, October 27 at 10:30 a.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in the United Church Cemetery, Perry's Cove. No flowers by request, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the TCP Health Foundation, 86 Highroad South, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A4.
