Passed suddenly away at her residence, Bay Roberts on Tuesday, April 25, 2017, Miranda E. Slade of Bay Roberts, age 59 years. Predeceased by parents: Roy and Mildred; sisters: Sharon Slade and Peggy Gear. Leaving to mourn, one son: Charles 'Chuck' (Shantelle) Kelloway, Alberta; three grandchildren: Faith, Janelle, and Dominic; two brothers: Leslie (Linda), Salmon Cove and Wade, Victoria; two sisters: Jacqueline (Calvin) Chubbs and Renee (Wayne) Kelloway, both of Salmon Cove; brother-in-law: Richard Gear, Mt. Pearl; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Wednesday, 2:30 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Thursday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, April 28 at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church and Cemetery, Salmon Cove.
