Obituary of Geraldine A. Shugarue

Passed peacefully away at River Glen Haven Nursing Home, Sutton, Ontario on Tuesday, October 17, 2017, Geraldine A. Shugarue of Sutton, Ontario; formerly of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 81 years. Predeceased by infant daughter: Jacqueline Butt; parents: John and Bridget Shugarue; two sisters: Monica Purcell and Idella Martin; four brothers: Bernard, John, James, and William. Leaving to mourn, one son: John Jude (Angela Lowe) Butt, Sutton, ON, and his father: John E. Butt, Harbour Grace; two grandchildren: Devin and Sydney; also a large number of nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Saturday, 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Saturday, October 21 at 10:30 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace.  Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace.  In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Geraldine A.
