EVANS, Clara 'Clad' - Passed peacefully away at the Harbour Lodge Nursing Home, Carbonear on Friday, April 4, 2003 Clara 'Clad' Evans of Carbonear, age 97 years. Predecased by husband: Bertram; parents: George and Winnifred Pike; sisters: Elizabeth and Georgina; brothers: Herbert and Robert. Leaving to mourn a number of nephews, nieces as well as a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear and from where the funeral service will take place on Sunday, April 6 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Park Avenue United Cemetery, Carbonear South.
In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Park Avenue United Cemetery, Carbonear South. Visitation hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. daily. For any additional information please call Noel's funeral Home at 596-5750.
