So sadden to hear of Charlie's passing, he was a very special person to me and my fathers best friend from Harbour Grace. I first met Charlie when he travelled to Labrador with May to visit my parents, George & Doris Sheppard. Dad was so delighted they were visiting, he talked about Charlie so much that I felt like I knew him before they arrived. That was a very special time, now it's a precious memory, Hold your precious memories and keep them in you heart and mind. Our thoughts and prayers go out to you and yours at this time.
Charlie Garland will always be remember in a very special way by the Sheppard Family in Goose Bay , Labrador.
