Hello Sonya, our condolences to you and your family in the passing of your dad. I remember your dad from when I was younger and on the occasions when your mom and dad came to visit my mom and dad. We always enjoyed his company and I know he will be missed by all who knew him. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.

So Sorry to hear of Gene's passing. We met Gene and Helena when Vince was posted to detachment in Ocean Falls.. We all lived upstairs above the detachment office. We socialized a lot and had many good times together. Helena and I were good friends. Vince has also passed away earlier this year. So now I think Vince and Gene are "up there" together and telling stories and laughing. My condolences to Sonya and her family. Sending hugs!
