Obituary of Elsie Traverse

TRAVERSE, Elsie M. - Passed suddenly away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, July 8, 2003, Elsie M. Traverse of Kingston, age 42 years. Predeceased by brother: Tommy and sister: Elizabeth. Leaving to mourn husband: Aiden J.; two daughters: Jennifer and Melanie, both of Kingston; one son: Shawn, Kingston; parents: Thomas and Rosalie White, Salmon Cove; parents-in-law: Thomas and Annie Traverse, Kingston; five brothers: Robert (Annette) White, Salmon Cove, Joseph (Barbara) White, Carbonear, Jim (Barbara) White, Kingston, Paul (Lori) White, Victoria and David White, Salmon Cove; one sister: Eileen (Dave) Garland, Carbonear; one brother-in-law: Tom (Elaine) Traverse, Kingston; four sisters-in-law: Maureen (Dave) Noftle, Mount Pearl, Alice (Mike) LeGrow, Kingston, Carol (Ronnie) Burton and Regina (Carl) LeGrow, both of St. John's; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay and from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, July 11 at 1:30 p.m. Mass to follow at 2:00 p.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Kingston. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Elsie M. Traverse Memorial Fund.
