Passed, as she lived, peacefully and quietly, at Admirals Coast Retirement Home, Kelligrews on Thursday, February 8, 2018, Helen B. Fahey of Kingston, CBN, age 99 years. Predeceased by her husband: Edward, parents: Joseph and Ellen King, sisters: Mae (Pat) Howell, Josephine (Will John) Fahey, and Sr. Frances King, Presentation Congregation. Leaving to celebrate Helen’s life, are her sister: Sr. Patricia King, Presentation Congregation; beloved nieces and nephews: Patricia (Bill, deceased) Chaplin and Marie (Dave, deceased) Rose, both of St. John’s, Nellie (Cecil) Lucas, Holyrood, Sadie (Winston) Martin, St. John’s, Joseph (Joanne) Fahey, Kelligrews, Marian (Robert) Cranford, Winnipeg Beach, MB, Richard (Debbie) Fahey, Foxtrap, and Paul (Linda) Howell, Boston, MA; her great-nieces and nephews, great-great-nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Sunday, 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, February 12 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church and Cemetery, Kingston. As an expression of sympathy, flowers are gratefully accepted.
