Obituary of Malcolm Whalen

Passed peacefully but suddenly away at his residence on Thursday, December 3, 2020, Malcolm Whalen of Harbour Grace South, age 62 years. Predeceased by infant son: Justin; father: Malc Whalen. Leaving to mourn, three sons: Danny (Jess), St. John’s, Randy (Danielle), Ontario, and David (Shannon), Alberta; four grandchildren: Quinn, Hudson, Parker, and Owen; mother: Mary, Harbour Grace South; two brothers: Keith (Shelly) and Tom (Sheila), both of Harbour Grace South; two sisters: Mary (John) Hearn, Harbour Grace South and Madonna (Bob) Lynch, Harbour Grace; fur baby: Buddy; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private visitation will take place at Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace, followed by funeral Mass on Saturday, December 5 at St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace, by invitation only. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Baccalieu Trail S.P.C.A., PO Box 273, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1B7.
