Obituary of Goldie C. Sheppard

Passed peacefully away at her residence, St. John's on Sunday, January 24, 2021, Goldie C. Sheppard (nee Wicks) of Carbonear, age 90 years. Predeceased by parents: Walter and Jennie Wicks; husband: Cecil; dear son: Barry Sheppard; daughter-in-law: Sharon Sheppard; precious great-grandson: Riggs Cumben; brother: Willis Wicks; sister-in-law: Joan Wicks; special niece: Sharon Wicks; infant brother: John Wicks; sister: Emily Mullett; brother-in-law: Max Mullett. Left to celebrate her life are her children: Patricia (Don) Regular, Linda (Fred) Dodd, William 'Bill' (Marilyn), Terry (Marcia), and Kimberley (Tim) Thompson; thirteen grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; sister-in-law: Ada (Hughie) Cole; also a large circle of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, a private visitation will take place at Noel's Funeral Home, Carbonear. To schedule a visit, please phone Patricia at 596-2573.
