Obituary of Florence Elizabeth George

It is with profound sadness and broken hearts that we announce the peaceful passing of Florence Elizabeth George at her home in Burnt Point, after a long battle with cancer, on Sunday, May 23, 2021.
Being the last sibling in the family, she now joins her family in welcomed arms. Predeceased by parents: James & Prudence Rumbolt; brothers: Guy and Stewart; sister: Delilah.
Leaving to mourn with many precious memories, her loving and devoted partner of 42 years, Lester; son: Jeremy (Lauren); mother-in-law: Jane; sisters-in-law: Doreen, Edna, Darlene, and Beverly; brother-in-law: Henry; fur baby Callie; a large number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Florence was a very loving wife and mother as she loved nothing more than spending time with her loved ones. We will always love you and you will always be missed.
Cremation has taken place and by Florence’s request there will be no visitation or funeral service.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of your choice.
