Passed peacefully away after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family, at Lion's Manor Nursing Home, Placentia on Friday, July 16, 2021, Sadie Case of Salmon Cove, age 86 years. Predeceased by husband: Roydon; parents: Walter and Carrie Eddy. Leaving to mourn, two sons: Gordon (Michelle), Coley’s Point and Jeff (Bernice), Grand Falls-Windsor; three grandchildren: Adam, Tyler (Tawnya), and Chantal (Lance); three great-grandchildren: Serenity, Elijah, and Kendell; three brothers: Clyde (Audrey, deceased) Eddy, Shoal Harbour, Clarence (Blanche) Eddy, North Harbour, and Boyd (Clarice) Eddy, Sunnyside; two sisters: Viola (Cyril, deceased) Senior, Marystown and Sheila (Joe) Stringer, Hodges Cove; also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Sunday, July 18 from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, July 19 at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church, Salmon Cove. Interment in Riverside United Cemetery, Salmon Cove. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Riverside United Church, P.O. Box 250, Salmon Cove, NL, A0A 3S0. ****
