Obituary of Delilah Greene

Passed peacefully away at the Lion's Manor, Placentia, on Monday, August 2, 2021, Delilah Greene of Carbonear, age 90 years.
Predeceased by husband: Leonard; parents: Joseph and Leah Green; brothers: Warrick and Eldred; sister: Elizabeth.
Leaving to mourn, three daughters: Marilyn (Brian) Vickers, Ajax, ON, Audrey Tucker, Carbonear, and Maxine (Jag) Soin, Ottawa, ON; three sons: Erwin (Wanda), Carbonear, Henry (Rhoda), Moncton, NB and Leonard (Angela), Brooklin, ON; eleven grandchildren: Justin, Amanda, Jason, Candace, Kyle, Jessie, Ryan, Shalane, Alex, Maya, and Curtis; a number of great-grandchildren; two brothers: Martin Green and Erwin Green; sister-in-law: Marina Green; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Wednesday, August 4 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral service to take place on Thursday, August 5 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear, by invitation only. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Bethany United Church, 2 Church street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.
