Passed peacefully away with his daughters by his side on Thursday, September 2, 2021, Edwin G. Turner of Lower Island Cove, age 84 years.
Predeceased by wife: Betty; parents: Edwin and Violet; sisters: Lillian (Raymond) and Doris (Wilfred).
Leaving to mourn, his two daughters: Pauline (Darryl) Froude, Conception Bay South and Susanne (Greg) Power, Topsail; two grandchildren: Shane (Melissa) and Ryan; also a number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
A special thank you to Betty Kean for caring for our father over the past three years.
Resting at the Salvation Army Citadel, Lower Island Cove on Saturday, September 4 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, September 5 from 10:00 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Sunday, September 5 at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, followed by interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lower Island Cove.
As an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Salvation Army Citadel, P.O. Box 55, Lower Island Cove, NL, A0A 2W0.
