In just learning of his passing,... it is with great sadness I convey my deepest condolences to all of Lloyd's family. As a young man I spent a fair amount of time in LIC . In those early years, I had the pleasure of frequently enjoying Lloyd's company (as he was a close friend of my uncle 'William (Billy) LeShane' ). I will remember Lloyd as being a fine gentleman with a great sense of humour, a man of extensive local historical knowledge, and a person of kind character. His passing will prove a great loss to his community and to all those who had the pleasure to know him. RIP Lloyd , you will be sadly missed. Brian Shaw Gander

To Robert, Carolann and their families: We are saddened to hear of Uncle Lloyd's passing. He was always so happy to be with us for our family gatherings when we were home. He such a gentle, humble and wise man. We will always remember the Christmas mummering times with Uncle Lloyd and Aunt Jean. They will be missed but we have made wonderful memories as a family. Robert, Marlene and the entire LeShane family, please accept our sincere condolences on the passing of your Dad, Father in law, and grandfather. Mr. Lloyd was always a pleasure to be in company with. Our fondest memories are during this time of year, one of our favorite places to mummer. Take comfort in knowing he was proud of all his family for all the love and care and that Zachery was there at the end. Its very difficult not to be home now, but he is with your mom and at peace. On the morning of December 28th, 2021 we were very sad to hear that the Angels took you from our family and flew you to your Heavenly Home. You will be sadly missed but we are contented to know you were waiting for this day to be united with the love of your life “JEAN”.
