Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, January 5, 2022, Olive Georgina Sheppard of Harbour Grace South, age 81 years today, on her birthday January 5th. Predeceased by parents: Joe and Alfreda Roberts; brother: Gordon; sisters: Laura (Mose) Smith, Hazel (George) Verge, Evelyn (Bill) Drover, Florence (Joe) Pynn, and Baby Clara; brothers-in-law: Russell Sheppard, Robert (Betty) Sheppard, Frank Sheppard, Raymond Sheppard, and Henley Stone. Leaving to mourn, husband: Ken; daughter: Karen (Richard) Kent, Riverhead, Harbour Grace; son: Clarence, Harbour Grace South; grandson: Kenny (Amber); granddaughter: Kendra; great-grandson: Rylan; special fur baby: Lucy, her cat; sisters-in-law: Hattie Sheppard, Enda Smith, Valerie (Bill) Sheppard, Isabell Sheppard, Vera Sheppard, and Joyce Stone; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Following pandemic guidelines, visitation by invitation only at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral service, by invitation only, on Friday, January 7 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace. Interment in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a charity of one’s choice. *****
