Passed away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, January 16, 2022, George W. Reynolds of Northern Bay, age 85 years. Predeceased by wife: Evelyn; daughter: Sylvia; parents: John and Elizabeth; brothers: Joe and Calvin, sister: Muriel (Joe) Halliday. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Pauline (Peter) Oliver, Gull Island and Sheri Reynolds, Lower Island Cove; six grandchildren: Jade (Brianna), Morgan (Matthew), Christian, Abbey (Kyle), Naomi, and Victor; one brother: Raymond (Lillian), Northern Bay; five sisters-in-law: Mary Bowering and Gertie Dean, both of Hickman’s Harbour, Lorraine Duke, Ontario, Florence Dean, Random Island, and Lily Penney, Ontario; one brother-in-law: Wilbur (Norma) Dean, Random Heights; special friends: Bill and Edna McCann, Burnt Point and Ralph Dale, St. John’s; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Following pandemic guidelines, visitation by invitation only at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay. Committal service by invitation only at Hope United Cemetery, Northern Bay on Saturday, January 29. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to Hope United Church Cemetery Fund, c/o Joanne Lewis, General Delivery, Northern Bay, NL, A0A 3B0. ****
