Passed suddenly away at her residence, on Saturday, February 22, 2025, Joan Rogers of Harbour Grace, age 72 years. Predeceased by husband: Roy; parents: Maxwell and Ethel Mercer; sisters: Winnie (Roy) Janes, Shirley (Pleman) Short; brother: Thomas Mercer; niece: Crystal Miller. Leaving to mourn, three daughters: Ginger Rogers (Keely), Dale (Darryl) Mullen, and Cherie (Graham) Lynch; son: Roy (Kimberlee); five grandchildren: Mark, Sarah, Reanna, Krysta, and David; one great-grandchild: Graham; brother: Kevin (Dana) Mercer; also a number of other relatives and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Thursday, February 27 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, February 28 for 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Friday, February 28 at 1:00 p.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace.
