Leonar will be genuinely missed. We had lots of fun as kids; in the snow, Rocky pond, Lady Lake .... No trouble to have a good time with Leonard around.

I have great memories of Gabby from going to school to playing soccer @ St. Plaul's to working with him as a Insulator.. Very out spoken & would hear him before you see him. Sorry to hear of Leonard’s passing. Great memories of him as I was growing up. He hung out at the old Ruby’s Drive in. Remember him and Wayne Peddle (cop Wayne ) playing soccer on the field behind the house. His love of Mary Brown’s chicken ( only person I knew that could eat 18 pcs in one sitting!). Always referred to me as ‘young Whelan’ and went out of his way to gab with me any chance he got. A true character. May he RIP.
