My dearest Rindy, Bruce, Jason and Dennis,
I am so sorry for the road of grief you are now traveling. I pray that you are wrapped in warm memories from the years; memories filled with joy, laughter and gratefulness for the life shared. I wish I could be there to bring some level of comfort and share this burden with you in person, but instead I ask the Holy Spirit to surround you with HIS presence and comfort which is far greater. Even though we don't always understand the circumstances, I leave you with one of Dad's favorite verses and also mine - Proverbs 3:5-6. Trust in the Lord with all thine heart and lean not unto your own understanding; but in all your ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your paths. May your trust in Him grow deeper as you navigate this journey of loss and may your lives bring Him glory even when dealing with death and grief. I love you!
Your sister... Deanna

Each of my music teachers will always hold a place in my heart. They have all played a significant role in my love for music.
Though Megan was one of my teachers, she was also a great mentor to me. She would never fail to give life advice while teaching a lesson. In my teenage years,I struggled with anxiety. One day I had a lesson with Megan on a very rough day. Megan hugged me on her couch for a half hour while I was crying, giving nothing but the best advice. Trying to cheer me up. She truly had a heart of gold.
I always hoped to be as talented as Megan. From piano to violin, and even teaching me kickboxing. I eventually started helping her teach the children’s classes, we had so much fun together.
Rest peacefully Megan, you’ll always hold a special place in my heart. ❤️

She certainly was full of energy. Unfortunately, covid happened and classed had stopped. I was always in touch with megan, and always tried to connect even when I mo ed from lewisporte 4 years later. I am saddened to hear of the passing of Megan. I knew her as a very kind and unique person, with a heart of Gold, who had a cheerful and positive personality. This photo was taken in September 2022, after many homes in Port Aux Basque were washed away or damaged by hurricane Fiona. Megan organized a clothing drive in Lewisporte and collected dozens of bags of donated clothing, which got trucked to Port Aux Basque by this guy, who we met at the top of Lewisporte Junction (old Irving). That's the type of person she was. Megan will be greatly missed. Sending my sincerest condolences to all of Megan's family and friends.
