To Chris, Glynn and Families: I'm saddened to hear of Jack's passing. I enjoyed working with Jack, for a few years before he got sick. Jack always had time for a conversation and loved talking about his family. One thing that pops to mind, was his May 24th special. He would cook up a scoff and have rum cake for dessert (the good old days). My sincerest condolences to you all. God Bless!!!!

Chris, Glynn and the Noseworthy Family, Sorry to hear of Jack’s passing. He refereed many a game in minor hockey at the old S. W. Moores Stadium for many of us back in the day. Always there, every early Saturday morning to give his time and allow us to enjoy a game of scrimmage that would make our week. Great volunteer, and who can’t remember Jack’s Stadium Fries , a specialty that warmed you up when you were cold, during those old CB Games. Again, sorry for your loss, please accept our sincere condolences. God Bless

Chris, Glynn and family, So sorry to hear of your Dad’s passing. Take comfort in knowing that he is now free from pain and sickness. He was such a pleasant man and we always enjoyed his company. It was only a few days ago that we had a conversation about candy apples and I told someone about your Mom and Dad’s special Halloween treats for kids in Harbour Grace. Jack’s family Before his illness which sidelined his many activities Jack was very involved in his community and contributed greatly to many organizations .Jack was a friendly and personable individual. Chris and the family. Sorry to hear the passing of your Dad. I met you and Jack at St. Clara,s hospital in May 2023, with two other guys George and Derrick in the same room. We hit it off and we created a friendship together as we struggled our owed physical health at that time. Jack really enjoy our times together when we would share personal story that created a bond of friendship beyond the day we left the hospital. We continued to follow up with each other from time to time via phone or text. Jack was a great guy and special friend. Keeping you and the family in my prayers as you go through this difficult time. Jack's passing is a sad blessing. He has had many obstacles to overcome and this last one was the hardest. Jack loved to cook for family and friends. He loved the bbq and a master griller. He loved to be with family and friends. Jack loved and was proud of his two boys Chris and Glynn. Especially with his beautiful granddaughters Ashley and Julie. We will miss him so much. In his healthy years he was a tireless volunteer in our community with organizations such as the Harbour Grace Volunteer Fire Brigade, the Harbour Grace Regatta, just to name a couple.
