Obituary of Harrison Verge

Passed peacefully away at his residence on June 7, 2025, Harrison Verge of Harbour Grace, age 82 years.

Predeceased by parents: Harrison and Florence; brother: Alexander; and brother-in-law: Bill Baker.

Leaving to mourn, loving wife of 64 years: Thelma; two daughters: Darlene (John), and Cherry (Larry); three sons: Victor (Sharon), Alex (Tina), Shane (Myrtle - deceased); stepdaughter: Joan; 20 grandchildren: Cora (Dave), John (Wendy), Mike, Shannon (Susan), Darrin, Victoria (Garrette), Bradley (Nicole), Ashley (Dana), Harrison (Rebecca), Rebekah (Matt), Jeff (Trish), Clifford (Rebecca), Zachary, Daphne (Herman), Cassandra, Shanda (Aaron), Yolanda, Harrison (Alexandra), Krista-Lynn (Sean), Courtney (Wayne); three step-grandchildren: Aubrey, Isaac, amd Anna Rayne; 34 great-grandchildren; brother: Clifford (Phyllis); sister: Annie Baker; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Funeral service to take place on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church, Harbour Grace.

Interment in St. Paul's Anglican Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
