Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Sunday, June 22, 2025, Mary Annie Power of Carbonear, age 84 years.

Predeceased by parents: Samuel and Sadie Parsons; brother: Roydon (Heather); daughter-in-law: Maureen (Mo).

Leaving to mourn, loving husband of 68 years: George; daughter: Lynette (Phillip) Mercer; sons: Byron (Christine) and Roydon (Maureen); grandchildren: Jessica (Greg), Jeremy, Kimberley, Cory, Trevor, Sarah, and Cindy (David); great-grandchildren: Joshua, Jacob, Mckenna, Brooklyn, Easton, Ace, Levi, Alexis, and Wynter; great-great-grandchildren: Oaklyn and Jameson; brother: Berkley Parsons; sister: Glenda (Doug) Crews; also a large number of other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Mary's wishes, there will be a private family funeral service.

In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to Bethany United Sunday School, 2 Church Street, Carbonear, NL, A1Y 1A9.
