Obituary of George W. Snow

After a courageous battle with ALS, George W. Snow of Carbonear, age 68, passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, June 27, 2025.

Predeceased by parents: Maxwell and Jean Snow; parents-in-law: Wilson and Marjorie Boutcher.

Leaving to mourn, loving wife of 38 years: Wendy; daughter: Katie (Brendan); son: Christopher; two grandchildren; four sisters; and a large number of other relatives and friends.

A special thank you to Dr. Jennifer and nursing staff in Emergency and the sixth floor at Carbonear General Hospital for their exceptional care and compassion throughout this week.

Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Sunday, June 29 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.

Funeral service to take place on Monday, June 30, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear.

Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear.
