When I began my business years ago (Leaf Solutions) Ron was working for the Yukon government. He was very pleasant and professional. Our working relationship became a friendship. I found him to be a supportive, fun and caring friend. He was generous, selling me furniture for my business at a significantly reduced price. He was a good cook who introduced me to my first “leg of lamb” dinner. His saying at that time was “yada yada yada” (with a grin) when he had more to say but no words. We lost touch in recent years but the friendship will always remain.

A great friend during our 4 years of HIgh School in Longueuil Quebec lost contact found again when I was in Vancouver told me he bought a house in Newfoundland. I said oh I will also. 4 weeks later I was 18 km down the road in Victoria. We met up a couple of times and looked forward to our reunion. Not to happen and my condolences to Cindy and Jason and family. Sad time for all missing a wonderfully guy and friend.

Condolences to Jason and his family, Chris, and Cindy and her family. The world won't be the same without this fun-loving man. I remember Ronnie from years ago, strumming his guitar and singing Me and Bobby McGee. I am so glad I got to see Ronnie (and Cindy!) a couple of years when he and Cindy's cruise ship stopped in Charlottetown. It was so nice to get together and catch up. Rest in peace, Ronnie.

Ron ( Little Ron, my entire childhood). You were a large part of my growing up years. Whether you were staying with us in Vermont or when we would visit Canada Taking the old John Deere tractor around the field or just sitting listening to you play guitar.
