Obituary of Boyd Davis Wheadon
Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, September 10, 2025, Boyd Davis Wheadon of Western Bay, age 88 years.
Predeceased by wife: Mildred (Sellars); parents: Maxwell and Lillian; brothers: Randy and Rick; Sister: Florence (Sam) Green; parents-in-law: Florence and Jabez Sellars.
Leaving to mourn, daughters: Valarie and Barbara; sons: Norman (Beverley) and Lester (Karen); grandchildren: Norman Jr. (Heidi), Nicole (Matt), Ashley (Trevor-deceased), Alex (Tara), Noah, and Zachary; great-grandchildren: Olivia, Benjamin, Isabella, Evan, Tyson, Jackson, Aria, Lilly, and Charlotte; brothers: Baxter and Selby (Violet); sister-in-law; Karen Wheadon, Florence Button, and Leona Sellars; brother-in-law: Bert Delaney; also a large circle of other relatives and friends.

Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Sunday, September 14 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Monday, September 15 from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Monday, September 15 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Main Highway, Western Bay. Interment in the Salvation Army Cemetery, Lower Island Cove.
