Obituary of Jeremy Vincent McGrath

Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital on December 13, 2025, Jeremy Vincent McGrath of Harbour Grace, age 46 years, after a lengthy battle with kidney disease and complications.                         

Predeceased by grandparents: John and Catherine McGrath, and John and Fannie Noseworthy; uncles: Jack McGrath, Steve Whelan, John Penny, Don Noseworthy, Jack Noseworthy, and George French; aunts: Mary Penny, Sandra Nosewothy, and Doreen French; cousins: Sandy McGrath and Georgette French; and special friend: Tommy Hunt.

Leaving to mourn, parents: Jerome and Bernice McGrath; aunts: Linda Whelan (Gerald), Alfreda Noseworthy, and Alyce Abbott; uncle: Joe McGrath (Brenda); special cousins: Bern McGrath, Jacob Whelan, and James Noseworthy; special friend: Trevor Dove; home care worker and friend: Renée French (Randy Clarke); also numerous other cousins and friends .

No visitation by request.

Cremation to take place.

Funeral service on Friday, December 19, 2025 at 10 :30 a.m. from St. Joseph’s Roman Catholic Church, Harbour Grace. 

In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to a children’s charity of one’s choice.
