When we think of Frank, our minds often dwell on the obstacles he encountered in his lifetime, but through quiet determination and perseverance he was able to look beyond those afflictions and become a successful and contributing member of society. His studies at university earned him two degrees, he had a successful career with Newfoundland Power and settled in his hometown of Victoria, where he volunteered with the Victoria Lions Club and the Victoria Heritage Society. He also served one term as an elected member of council, he never tired of volunteering.
His greatest accomplishment was his family, Frank was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle.
In keeping with Frank’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no visitation or funeral service. Burial to be held at a later date.
