Obituary of Elizabeth Whelan

Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital, on Sunday, April 12, 2026, Elizabeth Whelan of Spaniard's Bay, age 74 years.

Predeceased by husband: Bernard; daughter: Theresa; infant son: Bernard Jr.; parents: Art and Julia Parsons; sister-in-law: Margie; friends: Sadie and Elizabeth; fur babies: darling and Skippy.

Leaving to mourn, sons: Francis (Amanda) and Bernard (Amanda); grandchildren: Ezra, Dylan, Scott, Tiffany, Brady, Abby; sisters: Ada, Kim, and Linda; brothers: Wayne, Randell, Sheldon, Henry, Brian, Dennis, and Art; nephew: Dale (Trina); nieces: Darlene (Chris) and Debbie (Rod); also a large number other relatives and friends.

Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Thursday, April 16 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Friday, April 17 from 9:30 to 10:00 a.m. 

Funeral service to take place on Friday, April 17 at 11:00 a.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace.

Interment in St. Anne's Roman Catholic Cemetery, Spaniard's Bay.
