Obituary of Grace Mercer
Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital, on May 1, 2026, Grace Mercer of Bay Roberts, age 96 years.
Predeceased by husband: Wilfred; daughter: Daphne Earle; parents: Ernest and Cordelia Durdle; sisters: Ann Stead and Crena Keel.
Leaving to mourn, daughters: Beverly and Juanita; sons: Wilfred Jr. (Jennifer), Ronald (Delia), and Rodney (Tena); son-in-law: Howard Earle; grandchildren: Michelle, Matthew, Alex, Tommy, Ashley, Alicia, Rhonda, Brandon, and Joshua; 15 great-grandchildren; also a large number of other relatives and friends.
Visitation at Central United Church, Bay Roberts on Monday, May 4, 2026 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, May 5, 2026 at 2:00 p.m. from Central United Church, Bay Roberts.
Interment at Central United Cemetery, Bay Roberts.
