Mom was a proud volunteer with the ladies auxiliary at Carbonear Hospital gift shop for over 50 years, until its recent closure. She was also very proud to be a member of the Bristol’s Hope Mosquito School House restoration committee as she had attended this school as a little girl.

Our mom also looked forward to her Friday morning coffee break with the hotel Harbour Grace Coffee Girls. These ladies always proudly contribute to the TCP Health Foundation. As well, our mom loved to travel. She never let anything hold her back from visiting family and friends in all areas of the world.

Mom was a wealth of knowledge, information and family history. One of her passions was researching our family’s roots and telling her grandkids all about it. Mom will be missed immensely by everyone who knew and loved her.
