Obituary of Robin Slade

Passed away unexpectedly with her family by her side at her home on Monday, June 8, 2026, Robin Slade of Salmon Cove, age 42 years.

Predeceased by her loving mother, Marilyn.

Leaving to mourn, husband: Shawn; daughters: Hailey (Jacob) and Harmony (Colin); son: Hudson; step-son: Austin; granddaughter: Paisleigh; father: Garry (Joanne); brothers: Rodney (Michelle) and Ryan (Amanda); mother-in-law: Yvonne; sister-in-law: Sherry (Jason); also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

From a young age, Robin was blessed to meet Shawn, and together they built a family that became the centre of her world. She would have done anything for them, and treasured every moment with her granddaughter. A loving wife, devoted mother, and proud grandmother, her love and dedication touched everyone who knew her. 

Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Saturday, June 13 from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, June 14 from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. 

Funeral service to take place on Monday, June 15 at 2:00 p.m. from Riverside United Church, Salmon Cove.

Interment in Riverside United Church Cemetery, Salmon Cove.
