Obituary of William 'Willie' James Doyle

Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavillion, Carbonear on Monday, June 29, 2026, William 'Willie' James Doyle of Northern Bay, age 75 years.

Predeceased by parents: Timothy and Edna; brothers: Paddy and Leo; parents-in-law: Thomas J. and Theresa McCarthy; brothers-in-law: Thomas J., Terry, Adrian, Brendan, and Colin McCarthy; sister-in-law: Irene McCarthy; nephew: Wayne Duggan; niece: Darlene Doyle.

Leaving to mourn, loving wife of 41 years, Mary; daughters: Bernie (Chris) and Vicki; son: Jordan; grandchildren: Jaden, Liam, and Heath; brother: Johnny (Cathy); sisters: Marie (John) and Margaret (Basil); brothers-in-law: Martin and Julian (Charlene); sisters-in-law: Madonna, Gail, Audrey, Mary, Laura, Barbara (Gerry), Trix (Jerry), Joan (Chuck), Ally (Gary), and Kay (Rory); also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to extend their sincere appreciation to the staff of 1 South, Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavillion and Dr. Philip Hollaway for their compassionate care.

Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay on Friday, July 3 from 2:00 to 9:00 p.m. 

Funeral service with Mass to take place on Saturday, July 4 at 11:00 a.m. from Corpus Christi Roman Catholic Church, Northern Bay.

Interment in Corpus Christi Cemetery, Northern Bay.
