Passed peacefully away surrounded by her loving family at Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, July 17, 2026, Sheila Bourgeois of Bell Island, age 84 years.

Predeceased by husband: Howard; parents: Douglas and Annie Mansfield; brothers: Andrew, Douglas, and Wayne.

Leaving to mourn, daughters: Deann (William) and Dana (Doug); son: Duane (Lisa); granchildren: Kumari, Brittany, Zack, Kyle, and Kelly; great-grandchildren: Miles, Avery, Leah, Lydia, Gio, Riley, and Bella; brothers: Ronnie, Gerard, Malcolm, and Kenny; sisters: Joann, Mary, Claretia, Marilyn, Alice, Jean, Elaine, and Rhonda; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Cremation has taken place. Interment to be held at a later date in Grand Bank, NL.

In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association online at cmha.ca.
