Obituary of Rod Noseworthy

Passed peacefully away with his daughter and wife by his side at Carbonear General Hospital on August 14, 2026, Rod Noseworthy of Harbour Grace, age 77 years

Predeceased by parents: Henry and Lillian Noseworthy; brother: David; parents-in-law: Edward and Agnes Hunt

Left with cherished memories are his wife: Diane; daddy’s girl: Paula; poppy's fur baby; Ocean; special siblings-in-law: Randy (Dorothy) Hunt, Iggy (Cathy) Hunt, Billy Hunt, Gail (Paul) Pike; Sherry (Dennis) Jackson; 2 Godsons: Trevor Hunt and George Verge; special nieces and nephews: Trevor and Travis Hunt, Stephen and Jennifer Pike, Bradley Hunt, Brandon and Noah Jackson, Lauren Hunt and Sydney Griffin; great nieces and nephews: Colton Hunt, Gracie and Lukey Alexander in British Columbia, Matthew and Michael Pike, Maggie Hunt and Gabriel Jackson; also a large number of other relatives and friend.

A special thank you to all the staff on the 6th Floor of the Carbonear General Hospital, his family Dr. Megan Hayes, Dr. Shabnam Sadighi and Dr. Mehdi Dehghani

In keeping with Rod’s wishes, cremation has taken place.

A celebration of life to take place at a later date. 

Until we meet again ‘rubberneck’, the anchor holds.
