Q: What was Annie really good at? A: I am sorry to hear of Annie's passing. It's been many years since I last saw her. Annie was a hard-working "can do" kind of person. Inheriting excellent values from her wonderful mom and dad, she exhibited great skills as manager of Dawe's Restaurant for many years. May comfort and blessing be with Eileen, Jean and all the family.

Sending love and thoughts to everyone. I have great memories of Aunt Anne from our yearly summer vacations in Bay Roberts; late night chicken dinners from Dawes, Chinese food at the restaurant in Coley’s Point, or going to get ice cream on a hot summer afternoon. She always make her nieces and nephews feel special. Not to mention, she’s the only one to ever give me a $50 bill in exchange for my first chest hair! Rest easy Aunt Ann.

I’m so very sorry to hear of Anne’s passing. My most heartfelt condolences to her family. She was so witty, fun and truly kind. I never knew what she was going to say and that was such a huge part of her charm. She absolutely adored her nieces and received such great joy watching them grow. I’ve known Annie my whole life. Her father became my Grandmother’s nephew when his father married her sister. Annie was my boss for my first summer job when I was 15. We chatted every time we met and always felt we had a special connection. Not family by blood, but Family by Love. She will be missed!! Deepest condolences to her sisters and families♥️
