Passed peacefully but suddenly away at her residence on Friday, September 9, 2016, Violet L. Sheppard of Harbour Grace South, age 62 years. Predeceased by parents: Albert and Rosella Sheppard. Leaving to mourn, one brother: Norman (Freda) Sheppard, Harbour Grace South; two sisters: Olive Sheppard, Harbour Grace South and Louise (Les) Pynn, Harbour Grace; nieces and nephews: Gail (Warren), Darrell (Sherry), Christine (Stephen), and Steven (Heather); great-nieces and great-nephews: Brandon, Brent, Dakota, Savanna, Connor, Jacob, Katie, and Blake; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace on Monday, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon; 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, September 13 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Peter's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Hr. Grace South. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Peter's Anglican Cemetery Fund, P.O. Box 62, Site 1, RR1, Harbour Grace South, NL A0A 2N0.
