Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Friday, January 27, 2017, Sadie Galway of Riverhead, Harbour Grace, age 69 years. Predeceased by parents: Frank and Rita Adams; brother: Mose; sisters: Mary and Eileen (Lew). Leaving to mourn, husband: Mike; daughter: Peggy (Allan) Moore, Carbonear; son: Scott, Riverhead, Hr. Grace; two granddaughters: Taylor and Mackenzie; brother: Frank (Pauline) Adams, Bay Roberts; one sister: Nellie (Ray) Sutton, Clarke’s Beach; sister-in-law: Madge Mercer, Bryant’s Cove; brother-in-law: George Campbell, St. John’s; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Saturday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., Sunday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. and Monday, 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass to take place on Monday, January 30 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church, Riverhead, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Upper Island Cove.
