Passed peacefully away at the Notre Dame Bay Health Centre, Twillingate on Monday, June 5, 2017, Mary Cavell Thomas of Harbour Grace, age 95 years. Predeceased by parents: John and Ursula Thomas; brothers: William and Harvey; sisters: Helen and Marjorie. Leaving to mourn, sister-in-law: Joyce Thomas, Summerford; nieces and nephews: Glen, Dale (Joanne), Helen (Tom), Ken, Gary (Cairine), Paige (Barry), Greg (Kim), Darroch (Debbie), John (Patti), Kimberley (Gerald), Steven (Ottilia), and Mark (Paula); nine great-nephews; six great-nieces; one great-great niece; also a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Wednesday, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, June 8 at 11:00 a.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to St. Paul's Anglican Church, P.O. Box 28, Harbour Grace, NL, A0A 2M0.
