Obituary of Charles Parsons

Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, July 13, 2017, Charles Parsons of Harbour Grace, age 81 years. Predeceased by wife: Victoria 'Vickie'; daughter-in-law: Paulette; brother: Oscar (Kathleen); sisters: Dorothy (Leo), Viola, Irene (Rendell), and Joyce (Ray); brothers-in-law: Gord and Eldred 'Bud'. Leaving to mourn, one daughter: Tara (Chris) Cashin, Harbour Grace; two sons: Todd (Shelley Reid), Harbour Grace and Tyrone (Pamela), Fredericton, NB; four grandchildren: Cheryl (Andrew), Leslie, Cassandra, and Reilly; two great-grandchildren: Hana-Jane and Solomon; five sisters: Hazel (Leo) Purcell, Olive Holloway, and Ethel Stone, all of Harbour Grace, Amelia Wimer, New York, USA, and Greta (Bert) Brickman, Arizona, USA; brother-in-law: Ches Cumby, British Columbia; also a large number of other relatives and friends. The family will receive relatives and friends at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Monday, 7:00 to 9:00 p.m.; Tuesday, 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. Funeral service to take place on Tuesday, July 18 at 2:00 p.m. from Noel's Funeral Home, Harbour Grace.  In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to Heavenly Creatures, P.O.
