Obituary of Ed Dean

Passed peacefully away at Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Thursday, March 22, 2018, Ed Dean of Carbonear, age 82 years. Predeceased by parents: Matthew and Mabel; sisters: Emily O'Brien, Evelyn Taylor, and Lavina Snow. Leaving to mourn, wife: Jane; two sons: Barry, Carbonear and Robert, St. John’s; sister: Frances Piercey, Carbonear; also a number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear on Friday from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, March 24 at 10:30 a.m. from Noel's Memorial Chapel, Carbonear. Interment in the Interfaith Cemetery, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Alzheimer Society of NL, 835 Topsail Road, Unit 107, Mount Pearl, NL, A1N 3J6.
