Obituary of Cyril George Pike

Passed peacefully away surrounded by his loving family at Carbonear General Hospital on Monday, January 1, 2024, Cyril Pike of Bay Roberts, formerly of Harbour Grace, age 93 years. Cyril was a dedicated Fire Chief/ Firefighter for 38 years on the base in Goose Bay, NL. Predeceased by wife; Violet May; parents: Eugene and Bertha; brothers: Clayton, Gerald, Edward, and Arthur; sister: Louise Mosdell. Leaving to mourn, two daughters: Bonnie Pike, Bay Roberts and Peggy (Brian) Tuttle, Shearstown; son: Carl (Gina), Grande Prairie, AB formerly of Wabush, NL; two grandchildren: Emily and Meghan (Foster); three great-grandchildren: Nova, Cruz, and Krome; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Visitation at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace on Wednesday, January 3 from 1:30 to 4:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. Funeral service to take place on Thursday, January 4 at 10:30 a.m. from Coughlan United Church, Harbour Grace. Interment in Coughlan United Cemetery, Harbour Grace.
