NOEL, Ralph L. 'Roy'- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Wednesday, October 28, 2009, Ralph L. 'Roy' Noel of Harbour Grace, age 82 years. Predeceased by parents: Marcus and Elsie; brothers: George and Mark; sister: Doris. Leaving to mourn: special friends as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral service to take place on Friday, October 30 at 2:00 p.m. from St. Paul's Anglican Church and Cemetery, Harbour Grace. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in Roy's memory may be made to the Tricon Special Olympics.
