POTTLE, Mary - Passed peacefully but suddenly away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, November 10, 2009, Mary Pottle of Lower Island Cove, age 58 years. Predeceased by parents: Frank and Florence Rodgers; sister: Violet Tizzard. Leaving to mourn, husband: Wilson; one daughter: Petrina (Frank) Patterson, Carbonear; one son: James (Charlene), St. John's; three grandchildren: Destiny, Clover and Logan; two sisters: Donna (Brian) Mahoney and Fayne (Wayne) March, both of St. John's; brothers-in-law: Andrew (Vivian), Old Perlican, Fred (Debbie), Ochre Pit Cove, Stanley (Lee), Northern Bay, Paul, Job's Cove, Wayne (Joyce), Brampton, ON and Garfield (Karen), Orillia, ON; sister-in-law: Marion Amon, Brampton, ON; also a number of nieces, nephews and all who referred to her as "Mommy Mary" as well as other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Main Highway, Western Bay. Funeral service to take place on Saturday, November 14 at 2:00 p.m. from the Gospel Hall and Cemetery, Burnt Point. In lieu of flowers, as an expression of sympathy, donations in Mary's memory may be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital, St. John's.
