BUTLER, Thomas- Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, July 6, 2010, Thomas Butler of Bristol's Hope, age 75 years. Predeceased by parents: Thomas and Sadie; brother: Jim and sister-in-law: Carol Anne 'Kay'. Leaving to mourn, two brothers: Patrick (Dorothy) and Richard, both of Carbonear; nieces and nephews: Bernadette (Scott), Harbour Grace, Jim (Sharon), Brian (Stacey) and Chris (Sherry), all of Bristol's Hope, Kayla (Adam), Lori (Justin), Joanne (Jeff) and Michael (Shelly), all of Carbonear; close friends: Darroch Vokey, Carbonear, Walter Welsh, Harbour Grace, Pat McCormick, St. John's and Anne Moriarty and family, Harbour Grace; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Harvey Street, Harbour Grace. Funeral Mass to take place on Friday, July 9 at 10:30 a.m. from Immaculate Conception Roman Catholic Church, Harbour Grace. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Harbour Grace. As an expression of sympathy, flowers gratefully accepted or donations in his memory may be made to the Thomas Butler Memorial Fund. Visitation hours at Noel's Funeral Home are 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon, 2:00 to 5:00 p.m., 7:00 to 9:30 p.m. daily.
