SNOW, John C. - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Thursday, July 31, 2003, John C. Snow of Carbonear, age 76 years. Predeceased by wife Tryphena. Leaving to mourn: special nieces: Rosalyn (Gerry) Morgan, Mount Pearl and Edith (Larry) Lawrence, AB; sisters-in-law: Elise (Tom) Robe, ON, Phoebe (Joe) McDonald and Betty Martin, both of NS and Effie Hobbs, Carbonear; brother-in-law: Garland (Annie) Bishop, Fortune Bay; special friends: Kevin (Aggie) Forward, Carbonear and also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at Noel's Funeral Home, Water Street, Carbonear until 12:00 noon Saturday, August 2. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from Bethany United Church, Carbonear. Interment in the United Cemetery, Freshwater, Carbonear. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the United Cemetery, Freshwater, Carbonear.
