NOFTLE, R. Herbert - Passed suddenly away at his residence on Sunday, September 14, 2003, R. Herbert Noftle of Broad Cove, age 77 years. Predeceased by parents: Wilfred and Beatrice and brother: Frederick. Leaving to mourn cousin: Robert Gulliford, Broad Cove; special friends: Brenda (Craig) Champion, New Brunswick; Robert Sooley, Ontario and Derrick (Jean) Sooley, Nova Scotia; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, Main Highway, Western Bay until 12:00 noon Wednesday, September 17. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church, and Cemetery, Blackhead. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Blackhead United Church Memorial Fund.
