DEAN, William L. - Passed away as a result of a tragic accident on Wednesday, October 1, 2003, William L. Dean of Victoria, age 54 years. Predeceased by parents: William B. and Ethel Dean; brothers; Jordan and Eldred. Leaving to mourn wife: Alice; one daughter: Tammy, Victoria; two sons: Lloyd (Pilar), Burnaby, BC and Jeff (Lynn), Victoria; three brothers: Richard (Olive), Albert (Joan) and Rendell, all of Victoria; four sisters: Bertha May (Nathaniel) Clarke, Margaret (George) Rowe and Linda (Harold) Clarke, all of Victoria and Shirley (Ted) Hefford, Heart's Content; parents-in-law: Roy and Loraine Neil, Westfield, NB; sister-in-law: Josie (Randy) Pike, Westfield, NB; also a large number of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, WATER STREET, CARBONEAR until 11:30 a.m. Saturday, October 4. Funeral service to follow at 1:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Victoria. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
