HUDSON, Edward J. 'Ted' - Passed peacefully away at the Carbonear General Hospital on Tuesday, December 16, 2003, Edward J. 'Ted' Hudson of Blackhead, age 82 years. Predeceased by daughter: Elsie K. and sister: Eloise. Leaving to mourn, wife: Sadie C. 'Chrissie'; one son: Douglas (Sandra), Paradise; one daughter: Joan (Ron) Dwyer, Blackhead; four grandchildren: Christopher (Karen), Trevor, Grant (Karen) and Robyn; very special niece: Judy (Sam) Bourne, Carbonear and their three children: Samantha, Jason (Leslie) and their daughter: Lisa, Douglas (Kathy) and their children: Jordan and Marcus; one sister: Mollie Moores, Massachusetts, USA; brother-in-law: Clarence (Violet) Crowley, Western Bay; sister-in-law: Emilean Tucker, Mount Pearl; also a large number of other relatives and friends. Resting at NOEL'S FUNERAL HOME, MAIN HIGHWAY, WESTERN BAY until 12:00 noon Thursday, December 18. Funeral service to follow at 2:00 p.m. from the United Church and Cemetery, Blackhead. In lieu of flowers; as an expression of sympathy, donations in his memory may be made to the United Cemetery, Blackhead or North Shore Central Ambulance Fund.
